Rocco Forte Masseria Torre Maizza in Savelletri

The hotel sits on a large estate with a 20-metre outdoor swimming pool, a pool bar, and a rooftop bar serving expertly crafted cocktails. Guests have access to a private beach club and a 9-hole golf course set among ancient olive trees. The property also offers complimentary boat trips along the scenic coastline and a garden pergola for outdoor dining.

All 63 rooms and suites are furnished by local artisans with pieces like Enzo Fasano pottery. Each room has a private garden and views of the Apulian countryside. Several suites include a private plunge pool.

Masseria Torre Maizza's bar and restaurant serve fine Italian cuisine made using local Puglian ingredients. The rooftop bar offers cocktails with scenic countryside backdrops. Breakfast is served as a buffet plus à la carte options, and the kitchen can prepare items like minestrone soup on request.

The Irene Forte Spa offers advanced treatments including the olive oil experience, body scrubs, and facials, with only two treatment rooms so advance booking is recommended. Guests also have access to an outdoor gym, fitness centre, yoga classes, and a spa lounge. The spa provides full-body massages, manicures, pedicures, and beauty services such as hair colouring and hair styling.

The hotel is a 40-minute drive from Brindisi Airport and a 50-minute drive from Bari Airport. The concierge team arranges shuttles to nearby towns like Ostuni and Alberobello and provides recommendations for local restaurants and gelato shops. The property is close to cultural sites including Castel del Monte and the beaches along the Adriatic coast.
